  • The SAP Center of Excellence at Dangote Group is looking for motivated professionals with SAP experience in Employee Central Integration to join our team of professionals, and work with our SAP Center of Excellence to support our businesses with SAP implementation & support.

Requirements

  • Functional Consultant for SAP SF EC to lead and participate in ongoing projects and all support initiatives.
  • Responsible for managing multiple simultaneous SAP projects from conception to completion. Requirements gathering and scope definition together with various business stakeholders.
  • This role must work independently while gathering requirements, performing functional testing, customizing/configuring, creating documentation, and conducting end-user training with the SAP Core team / Super users.

Collect & analyze HR requirements on the following:

  • Business processes and parameters,
  • Assist in the mapping of master and transaction,
  • Determining reporting requirements Standard / Customized SAP Reports,
  • Design, develop, and manage Roles and Authorizations
  • Assist in the development of business process descriptions.
  • Coordinate with other module SAP Consultants for Integration requirements.

SAP HCM:

  • Organizational management, Personnel Management, Payroll.
  • BIB Configuration, Monitor SF – S4 HANA Data replication.
  • Positive Time Management (Time and Attendance, Interface, Time Evaluation, Time Events, Work schedule, Leave, Reports and Schema) Manage customization.

Success factors Employee Central:

  • Knowledge of Employee profile portlets and data replication Monitor.
  • Knowledge of Employee and foundation data loading.

Integrations:

  • Integration with time management and payroll Integration
  • Integration between SF Employee Central to S/4HANA Custom Integrations with third-party applications
